Who is this man, and why is he taking our picture?
This is Paul Meyer, from White Ribbon Design Artistic Photography, taking our photo for the March 2007 cover of Floral Management. Published by the Society of American Florists, Floral Management is the largest trade magazine in our industry focusing on business issues. We were featured for the way we use our websites and blogs to educate our customers and build our wedding business (you can find our wedding blog at http://www.bloomeryweddings.com/blog/).
Although we were on the cover, we were part of the article. Fellow bloggers Avante Gardens and Rosemont Floral were also featured in the article. Needless to say, Florist Blogs was a common thread in all interviews, and that's pretty cool.
We don't have a link to the article because it wasn't us speaking to brides. Instead, we're encouraging other florists to get online and show their stuff. The more florists sharing their work means more ideas for you, and the easier it will be for you to find a good local florist in your area. And this is great for you.
