Avante Gardens featured in Orange County Home Magazine

The May issue of Orange County Home was published today and I was honored to be asked to create an arrangement featuring the abundance of spring flowers.

Anthuriums in spring?  Though not a classic garden flower, their pale lavender color blended well and the sleek, smooth texture made an interesting contrast to the more ruffled finishes of the kale, hydrangea and ranunculus.

The design was created in a unique funnel-shaped basket an stood more than more than 42" tall.

A special thanks to Lisa Liddane and the OC Home team for regularly featuring local floral designers in each publication and to photographer Chris Metivier for taking such a great shot.

Congratulations on another Orange County Florist making the news. The arrangement is so typical of the quality of work you

Avante Gardens are known for- the colors and textures and the design style are just GREAT.
