One florist's thoughts about flowers, both local and national, and the happenings at our Anaheim, CA-based flower shop and studio.  

I've worked in the floral industry in the Operations Department for a national floral franchiser, as a national educator for a major wire service, as a consultant for floral supply manufacturers and as a flower shop owner for more than 20 years. Been lucky enough to win a few design awards and meet lots of passionate florists along the way.

I've also been a volunteer editor with the Open Directory Project since 2003.
